Red Oak COO Cathy Vasilev Honored among Inspiring Women Leaders

In their featured article about Cathy’s leadership at Red Oak, they highlighted her compliance expertise alongside her commitment to building and mentoring her employee teams.

Among her many responsibilities, Cathy oversees software implementations and compliance consulting for Red Oak. Her teams focus on building the processes that make clients’ compliance efforts run smoothly.

Under Cathy’s leadership, implementations move quickly, and clients are often able to have Red Oak’s regtech software up and running within a matter of weeks.

According to Red Oak CEO Stephen Pope, Cathy’s deep knowledge of the compliance field made her an ideal partner when they established Red Oak 10 years ago. “Cathy has led advisor teams and managed compliance for industry-leading companies,” Pope said. “When we first connected through work, I recognized Cathy’s expertise and her diligence in ensuring clients received the best information and advisors had the tools they needed to do their jobs. After a decade of partnership, my admiration for her capability has only grown. She truly is an inspiring woman leader and one we’re fortunate to have on our Red Oak team.”

Cathy’s knowledge has been integral in getting Red Oak’s flagship software (along with Smart Registration and Smart Review modules) into the market, as well as in forging deep and lasting relationships with clients.

We congratulate Cathy on her recognition and appreciate the role she plays in Red Oak’s continuing growth.
